After using that gadget for a couple of weeks I became a fan of it. However, I felt that there was a lot more to do with my new favourite appliance. For that reason, I bought this book. I chose it because it promised quick and delicious recipes and it didn't disappoint me. Far away from that, I'm so happy with all the tips and advice that I've found in it. So I'm getting the most use out of my pot, as much as I barely use the traditional oven. About the recipes, I can say they are excellent, really simple, quick to prepare and the results are amazing. It's a pleasure to eat delicious food at home every day without effort. Even more, following those recipes, I can eat healthier and cheaper since I use the minimum amount of oil. Finally, there are recipes for breakfast, main courses, side dishes, desserts, and snacks. In consequence, I started to give up eating processed food that I used to buy in the supermarket.
